1. About this document
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website dragomir-instal-website.pages.dev ("the Site") and the relationship between you, as a visitor or client, and Dragomir Instal ("we"). Using the Site implies acceptance of these Terms.

3. Who the Site is for
The Site presents Dragomir Instal's services and lets visitors get in touch by phone, WhatsApp or email. The Site has no contact form and does not sell products or services directly online — any job is arranged after an individual discussion. The Site is intended for people over 16.
4. Services offered
Dragomir Instal provides plumbing and heating services in Timișoara and 30 km around:
- 24/7 emergencies (burst pipe, blockages, leaks) — call-out from 150 lei
- Plumbing repairs — quoted on site
- Boiler install & service — service from 200 lei
- Drain unblocking (auger / video camera) — on request
- Sanitaryware fitting (sinks, toilets, shower cabins) — from 100 lei
- Water & drainage for renovations and maintenance contracts — fixed quote / on quote
Call-out + diagnosis 80 lei (deducted from the job). The fixed quote is given before work begins, no surprises. Workmanship warranty.
5. How a contract is formed
The Site has no form — contact is by phone, WhatsApp or email. The initial discussion does not constitute a confirmed job. The job is considered accepted once we give you the fixed quote and you agree to it, before work begins. For emergencies, call 0356 120 440 directly.
6. Payment
Payment is made as agreed at booking confirmation (cash or card). Fiscal documents are issued per Romanian law.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge at least 24 hours in advance, by phone or WhatsApp. Cancellation outside this window may incur costs depending on the situation.
8. Complaints and disputes
For any complaint, contact us directly at vlad@dragomir-instal.ro or +40 356 120 440; we aim to resolve it within 30 days. If amicable resolution fails, you may use the Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) mechanisms coordinated by ANPC: anpc.ro/ce-este-sal · reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. For cross-border EU disputes: EU ODR platform.
9. Liability
Site content is informational. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but errors may occur; we are not liable for indirect damages except where the law provides otherwise. The Site is provided "as is". External links (Facebook, Instagram, Google) have their own policies, for which we are not responsible.
10. Intellectual property
The Site's content (text, images, logo, design) is the property of Dragomir Instal or used with permission and may not be copied or used commercially without our written consent. You may share links and print pages for personal use.
11. Acceptable use
Do not use the Site for spam, security attacks, automated scraping or impersonation. We reserve the right to block any IP that violates these Terms.

13. Changes, force majeure, severability
We may update these Terms; the current version is dated at the top. We are not liable for force-majeure events per the Romanian Civil Code. If any clause is void, the others remain in force.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are resolved per section 8, with jurisdiction in the county of the company's registered office.
